5. Draft MHB Q&A is a written response to the 11 the Mental Health Board forwarded to the MHD. Some of the questions apply to the INN or CSS components as a whole, while others are project-specific.
6. The submission of the County’s Supplemental Assignment of PEI Statewide Project Funds would direct the California Department of Mental Health (DMH) to use the funds that previously assigned in 2008 to fund a contract with the California Mental Health Services Authority for the implementation of the Student Mental Health Initiative, Statewide Suicide Prevention programs and Statewide programs to Reduce Stigma and Discrimination.
7. The revised FY10-11 Annual Update (CSS, PEI, WET) allows the County to access additional CSS, PEI and WET funds in FY10-11;
8. The Overview of the FY10-11 CSS Plan provides an overview of the plan and its nine work plans.
9. “Summary of Substantive Changes to INN Plan” is a document that describes the substantive changes to the INN Plan and to individual projects.
10. “INN Plan Summary 071210” provides an overview of the INN plan and projects.
11. “INN Project Aim Statements 07-12-10” contains brief summaries for each of the eight INN projects. They respond to some of the comments the MHB made during the public hearing. They will be helpful during the planned INN presentations.
